All Winners Circle Products are fully guaranteed against
defective workmanship and/or ribbon. If you believe the
product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of
the product to arrange a free remake or refund. Shipping and
handling costs are not refundable and the defective goods must be
returned to Winners Circle Browbands within 30 days (60 days for
overseas customers). Replacements will be posted free of
charge.

Changes or cancellations to your order
after it's been submitted?
If we have not yet shipped your
order, you can request a change or cancel
your order. For fastest service, call us at
61 8 83883526. If you have just submitted
your order online, send an email to
winnerscircle@optusnet.com.au. Be sure
to include your full name and address
information, as well as your order
confirmation number. Please provide complete
details on the information that you would
like to correct or change. When we have made
the change on your order, we will send you
an email confirmation. If we are unable to
change or cancel your order, we will notify

Returns and Exchanges
Winners Circle Browbands does not accept returns for pre-made
ribbon browbands where the incorrect size or colour
combinations have been ordered or for misuse of the product or for
normal wear and tear. When purchasing a pre-made browband, It
is recommended that you measure the length of an existing browband,
where possible, prior to ordering as standard sizes may vary
depending on the manufacturer.
The colours of any ribbon on this web site compared to actual
product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to
view the product, and ribbon dye lot variations. Winners Circle
Browbands is not responsible for colours not matching the intended
use and does not accept returns on this basis. Please contact
us for ribbon samples if in doubt.
All other products may be
returned for full refund (less shipping costs) provided that they
are in new condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of the
purchase date (60 days for overseas customers). You will
receive a refund for the cost of the product less shipping fees
based on your original payment method. After the returns
period, if you are the purchaser, no returned items will be accepted
and any returned items which we receive will be returned to you.
If you do not have your proof of purchase, please contact us on 61 8
83883526 and we will search for your order. If we do not find
an original order, we will issue you with a gift certificate based
on the current selling price of the item(s), upon receipt of your
return at our premises.
Custom or special orders cannot be returned
or refunded unless the item is defective.
How long does it take to get my
refund?
Depending on the method
you use to return the item(s) to us, it can
take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your
parcel. If you placed your order with a
credit card, the credit should be applied to
your account, and should appear on your
statement, within one billing cycle from the
time we process your return. If you ordered
by cheque, COD or direct deposit, your
refund cheque will be processed for mailing
by normal mail, within 7 days of the time we
process your return.

Payment Methods
Whether you're ordering through our Website or by mail, phone
or fax, you can pay for your purchases with Visa, MasterCard,
Australian Money Order, COD (Australia only), direct deposit or
personal cheque. Please note however, that orders paid for by
cheques will be subject to clearance after receipt of the cheque
(usually 2-5 days) and Direct Deposit is subject to clearance
usually within 24 hours. Orders will not be shipped until payment
is received (COD excepted). Credit Card, Australian Money Orders and
COD orders are not subject to clearance. Therefore, if you
have time restrictions, it is recommended that you consider payment
by Credit Card, Australian Money Order or Direct Deposit.
All orders are processed where
possible within 48 hours after (orders
containing pleated ribbon will take longer) they are received,
whether you phone your order in or place it
online (orders requiring
pleated ribbon will take longer). Your credit card is charged when
your order is shipped. If multiple shipments
are required to fulfill your order, you will
be billed as the items are shipped. Delivery
fees, are charged on a pro-rata basis as
items are shipped.

Shipping methods
We ship via Australia Post or
TNT. Express shipping is available within
Australia.
With respect to shipments of
merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the
merchandise shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise
to the common carrier. Accordingly, Winners Circle Browbands shall
also not be liable or responsible for packages delivered to you
through any third party with whom you arrange for receipt on your
behalf after we have made delivery to the address you designate.
If you choose to have your
order shipped by uninsured post, Winners Circle Browbands shall not
be liable for undelivered or lost orders.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges for orders
shipped within Australia and Internationally
will be calculated when you place an order.
Delivery charges depend on the method you
choose to have your order sent to you and
the weight of the order. We include a small
cost of packaging your order in the total

When will I
receive my order?
Most in-stock merchandise ships
within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order although during peak
show season this may be longer. Orders requiring pleated
ribbon may take longer. Please
call/email us with any questions regarding delivery time.

Cancelled Selections
We do our best to closely monitor inventory
levels and keep the Website as current as
possible, but sometimes we receive multiple
orders for items that subsequently become
unavailable before we are able to update our
site. When that happens, we will notify you
that the item is out of stock and may
suggest an alternate product. Because we
bill you as items are shipped, your credit
card will not be charged for any items that
are unavailable.
